Behind Rodeio Grill are three friends, Murilo Ferreira, Fabio Mage, and Gilberto José, all born in Brazil and united by a shared passion: Brazilian barbecue.
Murilo brings with him decades of experience working in traditional steakhouses, while Fabio and Gilberto grew up in families where fire, the aroma of charcoal, and the flavor of grilled meat were part of the best memories.
Together, they’ve turned that passion into reality, a steakhouse born from friendship, tradition, and the desire to share the best of Brazil at the table.
